When shipping anything to us, please ensure that you use proper techniques. Cardboard padding (even cut up boxes) make for the best padding when shipping out heavy cast pieces to us. We have seen too many damaged shipments come to us when only bubble wrap or newspaper are used. If you do use packing peanuts, please be sure to bag your parts to prevent the foam from getting into the nooks and crannies of your parts.

Also be sure to include a detailed description of your order (be specific, what colors, port matching to what, etc.) return address, name, phone number, etc. with your shipments to avoid delays.
